Chair Yoga brings the best of a yoga practice to everyone who requires or prefers the support of a chair. Gently increase flexibility and strength, improve balance, and relieve stress with the aid of a chair. Beginners, Seniors and All Abilities welcome!

Did someone say FREE?!? Yup, that's right. This is a donation based class. Feel free to donate directly to the instructor or the studio.
